1 Perfect energy saving performance. The argon filled double glazing have lower heat conductivity properties, which could reduce the energy exchange between indoor and outdoor, the energy could be saved by 30%~50% compared to the float glass.

2 Good thermal insulation performance. The heat transfer coefficient for the argon filled double glazing can be reduce much, can stop the heat which is absorbed by the external glass piece from flowing into the indoor.

3 Good ultraviolet resistance. As the inert gas, the argon have effect on the shading coefficient of the insulated glass. The ultraviolet rays can be shaded by the DGU with argon effectively, then could protect the furniture and other objects in the room.

4 Superior sound insulation. The argon have higher air density than air, can lower the sound transmission greatly. The sound insulation effect for the argon insulated glass can be 30% better than the double glazing without argon.

5 Good fog resistance. For the normal insulated glass, there is fogging phenomenon three years after the installation. But the double glazed argon filled windows will never have this fogging phenomenon.

6 Superior impact resistance. The air density for regular air is 1.29kg/ m³, but for argon, it can reach 1.78kg/ m³. Then for the argon filled double glazing, the glass pieces won’t press to the middle part, can withstand the pressure from air, improved the wind pressure resistance greatly.

7 Reduced the spontaneous explosion. The argon filled double glazing have good thermal resistance, when the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is very high, the insulated glass won’t broken because of the heat expands and cold contracts, then the spontaneous explosion can be reduced greatly.

8 Prolong the life span of the insulated glass. The life span of aluminum spacer and molecular sieve will be longer because of the argon filling, as the space condition is dryer, then the insulated glass can be used longer.
